Returned, towels disintegrate upon washing

Purchased these towels because they are incredibly soft. I washed them prior to use and there were piles of lint in my dryer. Subsequently, the towels continued to shed lint. This is not acceptable. Returned the towel set within two days of purchase.

Terrible Towels

Worst towels I've ever purchased. I washed them before using them for the first time. The edges on two of the towels pulled completely apart.

Very disappointed

I have always loved these towels and have bought them for years. I sA they were on sale and decided to get new ones to replace some that were pre-Covid. I washed them and there was so much lint that came off of them and was stuck everywhere in my washer. I never remember this happening before. They also no longer feel as absorbent as they used to be. This is really disappointing. I am so sad to see the quality go downhill.
