Bottom of platters are not always flat

We have purchased three platters. Had to return one and may return another. When you place the platter on a flat surface the platter doesn’t sit flat on the surface it wobbles the platter also isn’t very heavy compared to other ones I have owned

Larger size than stated

285 mm is only like 11.22 inches long...This platter is 17" x 12", so too big for what I wanted. Good for a whole turkey or ham on the big dinner occasions. Very nice quality of course:)
