Smooth ride

Very nice, enjoyable right out of the box. Assembly is very simple, just unfold and lock it in place, add 4 screws to secure the handbar. Very intuitive controls, two modes, economy up to 9 mph (15 mph) and sport up to 16 mph (25kph). Even at full speed it feels stable and safe. Short breaking distance, I was able to fully stop from Max Speed within the width of a regular car driveway. A smooth and enjoyable ride.

So far great!

Just got it on the charger… the front wheel makes a funny noise just walking the scooter… hoping o ce its charged you cant hear it while riding it.

Nice scooter, but with charging issues

This scooter is fun, seems pretty robust, and rides well. The only downside is my unit does not fully charge. The charger light never turns red; it always blinks green. It seems to charge to about 3/4, and that's it. Otherwise this is a great e-scoter.

Neo x great for first time owners

This is my first e scooter and my first time riding one and it was a mostly pleasant ride. Reduced speed going uphill.. There's a step incline where I live and I hit it at full speed but was reduced to 9mph and found the cruise control setting this way. I weigh about 163-165lbs so I wonder if I weighed more would it still be the same thing. The locking mechanism is a joke because it's NEVER worked not even once it's like the position is off. I want to adjust it but I don't want to void any warranties so I just don't lock it. I fell once and scratched the light but the battery and everything else was unbiased. It has a tiny amount of torque when you lay on the throttle so I worry about the handlebars coming a little loose. Those are my only issues and concerns, despite these I would still recommend this scooter! I also wish a cigarette charger was provided for charging on the go from portable chargers or even a jump starter.
