OLED screen shudders when scolling. Poor HP service.

I purchased this laptop one week ago. It has a huge problem when you scroll the scree either with mouse or touchscreen, that the image or text "cogs" "shudders" which makes viewing very difficult. I have contacted HP four times and have had four promises to replace the device or discuss options to upgrade to a unit that doesn not do this. I have a 13" HP envy that is 7 years old (thats why I puchased another HP Envy), and it doesn NOT display this cogging. Very unhappy.

I bought this so I could move onto Windows 11 and it is working well. I really like the bigger screen than I had before and the clarity is beautiful.

Sleek with crystal clear screen images

I find this laptop to be fantastic for me to create my 3D designs in colour while I’m using other apps as well in the background. Crystal clear images and fast processing. I like how thin it is for the size of the laptop. The recessed keyboard makes feel sleek as well. Overall best the laptop I’ve used over years to do my job. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
