Terrible customer service

Very nice watch . Terrible customer services. There were two ladies working in the same jewelry department area. I was next to them on the Watches department but there was no one there, so I asked if anyone will be there soon to help me. the first lady told me they will have someone over soon. 15 minutes later another lady comes into the same area and I thought she was going to help me or at least acknowledge me and let me know that she will come over soon but instead she started helping the other lady with the one client that they had standing there and totally ignore me. A few minutes later I ask her if anyone will come over soon to assist me and she reply we are busy and I told her are you both busy helping the same client and she said “yes we are” without even looking at me so I kept waiting. Finally a supervisor approach. I asked her if she could help she look for the keys to get my order and the other lady didn’t even say anything to me at all.
