Super cute but runs big

These shoes are cute. And they look good on! Also, I found them to be comfy. I was able to walk around the city in them with no problem. I wear a size 10 and although they fit, my heel slid out the shoe super easy. I bought an insole to help with that. If you get them, perhaps size a half size down or a whole size. I have a regular width foot. I’ve purchased other INC brand shoes and sometimes they run almost a half size too big.
