Too small

Very bad quality , I thought it would be great with the cut and all. But no it is not elastic. The side zip is a hassle it got stuck I can’t get out of it , I need to rip it out . Very very bad and so disappointing.

The skirt isn’t a true size i bought a large and it didn’t not fit. I don’t recommend it.
