Bad zipper

I bought this coat in 2 colors because it appropriate for the cold weather. Not only are they not warm but the zippers on both coats snag every time I wear them.

Not worth it

This coat is very hard to keep clean, someone hugged me and their hair cream got on my coat, I have washed it many times and the stain remains.
