Size up

I am 5'4" and 103lbs and the xs was so tight on my arms and shoulders that it hurt.

Oh SOOO Small

Runs super small. I usually wear a M and ordered a L because of fabric. Returned and ordered XL and XXL to avoid back and forth. The XXL will fit after 1" shrinkage in wash. I had a good laugh with my husband about owning my first XXL. I wanted loose fit similar to pics. I like it, but seriously sized wrong.

Runs Small! Why?

Immediately, I felt what others have said about running small. The arms of my XL, where tight. I’m a size 14, but I like loose shirts and this runs small...even for a XL. I do not have rolls of fat around my waist, I am evenly proportioned, and have a straight shape at my hips, so this should have fit perfectly. It did not. Tight at the waist and since it hits right at the top of my (mid) hips, it bunched. The fabric is light, and the design of the garment is really nice, but runs too small. I’d have had to get a XXL and I’m not doing that. This reminds me of how one country always makes clothing to their extremely small sizes, but labels them differently for the USA. I’ll keep it because I don’t want to be bothered with returning it.
