Beautiful shoes but used or returned

At the time of purchase shoes were not in stock in my size only the display. I didn’t realize until the night I wore them for the formal event they had been worn before. A few if the crystal studs are missing, the bottom of the shoes were extremely dirty (even if only tried on in store) the bottoms should not look like the did. I was not offered a discount for purchasing the display shoes. Again the shoes are beautiful but used. So was alittle disappointed
