I was totally skeptical with the measurements in the description because i bought it for a gift for my wonderful Vet/friend She loves it she says it is huge(which is what i wanted for her large family) so ha[[y to hear that SATISFIED 100% Thank you

Item not received

Placed the item order on November 8, 2025 and today is November 25, I still did not receive the order from the vendor. Have already called Macy's customer service rep thrice and complained, and each time they say they will ask the vendor to process the return and issue the refund since it is past two weeks. Have yet to see the refund come back on my account.
