A dream after a life with cast iron

We have used cast iron frying pans since we were married 53 years ago, and although I tried to keep them seasoned, cleanup has become a chore. Also, as we get up there in age, cast iron became too heavy. My wife bought this for us in December and it has been a dream -- lightweight, even heating, absolutely no food sticking... and it looks good. What a great product!

Best pan for performance and durability

Best saute pan I've owned!

It cooks much faster than my prior pans and it's so incredibly easy to clean. It made my favorite recipe the best it's ever been, honestly, and it's also great for cooking batches of chicken nuggets for my kids. No regrets at all!

Great addition!

These pans are truly remarkable! After trying the Green Pan loaf and 8x8 baking pans, I was hooked. These Frypans follow in the ease of use and cleaning. What a joy to cook with. As with all cookware, manage the heat appropriately and these pans will not let you dowmn!
