Awesome upgrade

I previously had the lower end version of these pans (which I have liked very much) and decided to upgrade to these pans. Wow! Whereas I liked the others, I LOVE these. The weight and balance is good. The non-stick is excellent and the heating is very even on my new induction cooktop.

Valencia Pro

I love my new Valencia Pro Pan! It is truly nonstick with minimal oil. I just do a light sweep of olive or avocado oil. It feels very durable and cooks evenly. I ordered a single pan as a test run and am now going to order a set. I'm so happy to have healthy cookware for my family and wish I'd made the switch sooner.

Best Set Ever!

Purchased after upgrading to an induction range. Absolutely love this set! They work perfectly with the induction range and are non stick and super easy to clean. Highly recommend!

Follow the instructions! Don't ignore them

After reading some of the negative reviews I can assume they didn't NOT follow instructions even though they say they did. I bought my set Nov 2024, 11 months ago. I do not go above 4-5 (5 is half or medium on my stove) on the burner. I wait 90 seconds for the pan to warm like it says before oil or butter, and you don't need alot because its nonstick. When done I let it cool for a few minutes before washing and I never put cold water on it, as that can damage the coating as well. I only wash by hand and I use natural products not harsh ones. I store them with the felt dividers to protect the inner coating. I only use silicone utensils. Love my set, use them everyday especially the 8in pan for eggs, and they all look like they did the day I bought them and are still very nonstick. My only complaint the handle near the pan can get hot and I wish I had a pan lid for the 8in and 10in
