Arrived broken *NOT Macy's fault*

These would be great everyday dishes. I ordered online. Unfortunately, they were package poorly from the manufacturer (thin layer of cardboard separating heavy dishes) and many pieces were broken. I returned them.

Hot & Heavy

These dishes are extremely heavy and when you microwave them- beware that you will most definitely burn your hands trying to touch any part of the dish. Very disappointing but you get what you pay for. I will be replacing these soon. Unfortunately not from Macy’s. This should have been a concern for your consumers.

Nice dishes but..

Dishes are very nice but the first set arrived with a broken bowl. Customer service sent another set but that set arrived with a broken plate. Very satisfied with customer service but a little worried about the longevity of the dishes.
