Comfortable and Adjustable Pillow, But Softer Than
I’ve been using this pillow for a while, and overall it’s a very comfortable product. The combination of memory foam and fiber provides good support for the head and neck. I also like that the layers can be removed or flipped, which makes it easy to adjust the height and firmness. The cooling surface is another nice feature that helps reduce overheating at night. The only downside for me is that it feels a bit too soft. I personally prefer firmer pillows, so it doesn’t completely match my preference. But for those who enjoy softer and adjustable pillows, it’s a great choice.

It Really Cools!
This IntelliSLEEP CoolShift pillow has four ways you can use it: cozy side or cool side, and with or without the foam insert. I've tried a couple combos, but the one that works best for me is cool side with the insert in. It gives me a higher, fuller pillow that I can sink into. The cool side really does feel cool to the touch, I was surprised! I've tried other pillows that say they cool and they never have. You should skip any additional pillowcase because it covers the cooling effect. It has a geometric design looks nice enough on its own. I sleep between my back and side, and it's been comfortable either way. I've been sleeping through the night, and my husband liked it so much we ended up ordering another one for him.

Great adjustable pillow!
This is an innovative pillow because it’s so adjustable. I live a “plump” pillow and that’s my only complaint is that I wish it had a higher loft to it. It is quite comfortable and the foam insert is there to give it a higher loft. I have it set with the cool side and it does stay cool at night. If you want cozy- you can easily unzip and reverse the cover. So you truly have 4 options depending on your style. It has a durable zipper and the seams are all sewn well. I don’t know how long the foam insert will last but there is a 3 year limited warranty. The outer cover is machine washable in cold water. I would recommend this for anyone that likes to have a “cool” neck and head while they sleep.

Thank you IntelliSLEEP and Influenster for the complimentary pillow in exchange for my honest review. I wanted to try this pillow out for a few weeks before writing this review. I will say, the one thing i was disappointed with straight away was the packaging. It was shipped solely in the box that the pillow comes in which is open on one side. The pillow was in a protective plastic sleeve, but it wasn’t sealed or even taped shut which was a little off putting. Not a deal breaker though especially if you’re purchasing in store. The other minor thing is that it’s advertised as being “jumbo” size, but the size i received was simply a queen size which was clearly stated on the box. I really like the concept of this pillow, but if you use a pillow case the “cool shift” is defeated. Without a pillowcase i do notice a difference between the cool and cozy side, but no different with my silk pillowcase. This could be dependent on the material of your bedding too though. Using this pillow every night for a few weeks now and it has definitely deflated quite a bit. It’s not as lofty as it was initially, but is still very comfortable. I haven’t experienced any neck pain or body aches and i sleep easily through the night. I sleep mostly on my side, but occasionally roll to my back or stomach and find this works for any sleeping position without putting kink in my neck. Overall a nice pillow, just wish the packaging was a bit more secure and the size was correct.

Soft, comfortable, and cool
I received Intellisleep 4 in one customizable hybrid pillow complimentary from influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. This pillowcase is made for ultimate comfort and peaceful, sound sleep. I got it in jumbo size, and size is just great for my king-size bed. I sleep on my back or side and love to keep my head a little high. I love that i can adjust the height of the pillow as I need or desire. High or low, whatever you like, you can easily adjust it. I usually like to keep my pillow cool as I sweat a lot, so I am happy to get a pillow that gives me this comfort along with all the softness it contains. But if you like your pillow to be cozy, you can definitely adjust it accordingly. It's priced a little high, but it's worth it. Love the pillow and definitely recommend it.
