My cheaper model was better

We got the I3+ because we loved the idea of the self emptying bin. For awhile it worked great and we were so happy that the dog hair doesn't get caught in the rubber rollers. But now that we've had it for awhile, the vacuum no longer recognizes the base. It just rolls right over it. We've tried resetting it, unplugging it for a day then reconnect, even tried moving it to a new location. It will communicate the first time after it's plugged back in, then I get a notification saying my roomba is stuck. When I get home, it's stuck on its own base off the side. Then I have to manually push it on the base and empty the vacuum with my app. So my house never gets fully vacuumed anymore. I'm very disappointed considering the amount of money we paid to have a bigger better model. My first roomba never had a single issue. Probably won't buy again.

Never buy a roomba

After less than one year from purchase the roomba will no longer connect to Wi-Fi. The device only works with the companion app so it is now useless

Excellent Choice for Everones Home

iRobot Roomba is an excellent Product and its functionality is as expected. Picks up minute particles as expected and absorbs the dust as well which is unseen. Only Recommendation for the this product is to make changes to the trash bag, it should be some kind of material that is easily washable.

We try to hide the vacuum by a end table. The vacum cannot seem to find its self out of a chair and a side table.
