Product Great; Shipping Not So Great

This pillow is absolutely wonderful and appeals to all ages (8 year old loves it as well as his parents!). Product sourcing has changed, but the pillow is the same as one purchased (and still use) 20 years ago. Firm, but not hard, and provides cooling relief for hot nights. While product is great, shipping is very disappointing. Didn't receive the pillows until nearly a month after placing the order, despite website indicating I would have them in 7-10 days. According to tracking, the pillows weren't even placed with shipper for over 2 1/2 weeks, then took over a week to reach my address. Thought Macy's should have been more upfront about the delay in obtaining these pillows from a third-party supplier.

Flat pillow

Years ago I purchased an isotonic pillow that was perfect. This pillow is too flat

Poor quality

Pillow smooches down to practically nothing. Very disappointed for the price. I do not recommend this product!!
