Manufactory issues with product

After reading positive reviews, I opted to try this cream. Upon opening the jar, I was surprised to find it half empty, with the visible bottom and the product filling only half of the jar. I firmly believe that this issue arises from packaging errors. Macy's should definitely pull this product as defective and fix this issue.

Game changer

I’ve used the best eye creams all my life so when I try a new one I do not usually see any difference. Until now! Rich creamy and absorbs perfectly in my skin. My eyes feel rested and moisturized + have never felt that before. I look rested rather than tired.
