it doesn't save the data

I bought this watch specifically for workout and to track my progress. But it doesn't save the data on the app all the time. So I am returning it. I liked it though, it's a pretty watch, but I wouldn't recommend it.

the charge lasts less than 24 hours

This smart watch is beautiful and I love the large face but the charge lasts less than 24 hours.

DOES NOT WORK

I’ve written numerous emails- this device requires constant resetting rescanning the QR code - and still does not work. The company directs buyer to a Q n A link - but remedies are very short lived. Do NOT waste your money

Untrustworthy

It looks great, I was so excited, to only discover it does not count your steps correctly. The difference is by over 2000 steps when compared to my iPhone. It is like it decides not to count. Same happened with my sleep cycle, it said I only slept for 4 hours the whole night. If you only want it for the date and time, it is OK.

received wrong item

It looks like it’s a beautiful watch however, I ordered the number 4 smart watch. I received the number 3 instead. The watch box seals were broken. It looked as if it was opened and worn.

Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice watch. It has heft too it and doesn't look or feel cheap and it's very stylish. Setting it up was pretty straightforward following the steps on the app. I like that I can see who's calling me or sending me a text message. It is very convenient if your phone is not readily available (i.e. in your purse). I mainly use it for tracking my activity and my sleep. The watch allows you to choose multiple activities or sports to track. I have used it for biking and walking and I think it's fairly accurate. The sleep part of the app would sync most of the times but sometimes it would not. I'm also not sure how accurate it is. There were times I would get up in the middle of the night and go to the bathroom and it would not log that. You can also test your heart rate and body temperature which could be useful in certain situations. Overall it's a good watch if you aren't trying to pay big money.
