Don't buy this headset. The cord is really bad. It's so bad that it wraps around all the time and after two weeks. Do you need a new cord?

Good for a time but eventually fails
about a year ago I bought the headset maybe a year and a half ago and it was great up until recent where it started having a problem of the usbc slipping out constantly and making me have to quit my game to get my input fixed so I could actually speak and hear

Great sound and really comfortable!
I bought these headphones before Christmas and have been using them while gaming and listening to music on my PC. The sound is amazing and they are really comfortable even after using them for hours in a row. The noise canceling feature works great.

Excellent for PC Gamers!
I have had my headset for a year now. I am a PC gamer, and these things are awesome! I don't need to mess with profiles to get games to sound right. They just work!

Exceptional Headset
I bought this headset just over a month ago and they are far superior than anything else I have previously purchased. Heavy cups blocks out everything and are the best headset gaming experience I have had. There is one thing I would like added and that is a voice advising you how much percent you have when you turn them on. This saves you having to look at the program to find out.

Sounds pros but wear/tear cons
Owned for 2 years and fell in love with the audio quality and noise cancelling capabilities, but a shame that the earpads and material pieces of the headset fall apart so quickly, even when I made a big effort to look after them, always used a headset stand etc. Big let down of otherwise awesome headset

No sound, pathetic.
It's hilarious how the goal of headphones is to be able to hear sound, but these failed to do so. I only plugged in one chord, and there is no sound. It worked yesterday, but the sound is just gone. Can't do its one job. Pathetic.

First, make sure you have chosen JBL QUANTUMONE GAME as the default device in the game sound settings of your PC, Mac, or gaming console device. Adjust the volume on your PC, Mac, or gaming console device. Check the game chat balance on PC if you are only playing a game or chat audio. Check that ANC is enabled while TalkThru is disabled. In a USB connection, make sure the USB cable is connected securely. Please know that the USB ports on some gaming console devices may be incompatible with JBL QUANTUMONE. This is not a malfunction. In a 3.5mm audio connection, make sure the 3.5mm audio cable is connected securely.
