Excellent Quality Ear Pods
I got this product several years ago as a gift and I am completely satisfied with the quality. Excellent battery life, and clear, perfect sound. It's also comfortable and has easy to use controls.

Worst earbuds ever
Got it from my friend who had trouble keeping them in. Since she is super tall she though that was the problem. So she gave them to me brand new. They keep falling out no matter the tips put on it just has a bad design. It is too heave on the outside and won't keep in. Worst of all there is no earhooks for this model avaible anywhere. I can only wear them in winter when I wear a tight hat over them. Other than that they are usless. I can't even use them at the office, since they fall out even when sitting still. I would give this 0 stars if I could

To achieve the best seal and secure fit of our JBL Tune 130NC, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear, then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Alternatively, you can try other ear tips from third-party retailers that will fit your ear. If you need more help, please contact us.

Great sound and incredible value!
These earbuds are incredible. The noise canceling setting is amazing once you get the correctly sized seals (rubber pieces) attached. The sound across a wide range of frequencies is equivalent to much higher priced ear buds - so good I bought extras for my kids.

Always falls out
I have never hated a pair of ear buds more. I've tried every single size of bud with these, and they constantly fall out. I turn and push em in, falls out within 2 minutes. I also dislike how you touch the bud to adjust it, it registers that as pause, stop, play. The tune225 was a better purchase. Decent battery life for buds and case.

Terrible product, the sound constantly cuts in and out and they have become unusable. I will be listening to music or watching a video and the sound will cut out for a few seconds, before cutting back in. This happens about 3-4 times every minute

However, walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede that 30-foot range. If it works well at 10 feet or less, there is likely something interfering with your wireless Bluetooth signal, causing these dropouts. Here are troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 130NC. First, forget/unpair the headphones on your device then perform manual pairing. Next, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. Last is reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair them again. Very impressed
I lost one of my pods and found it outside the day after. And it had rained overnight and it still works just fine
