Won't fit if you have a large head.

This hat is cute, but I have a large head and I cannot wear it. It is way too small. It would be great if it would have been adjustable, so people with a range of head sizes could wear it. Or even if there had been a warning that women with larger head sizes should look elsewhere for a hat. Unfortunately it is going into the donations bag.
