Don't pay extra to expedite-order lost!

I don't know if I like the dress because I haven't received it. I paid extra to have it delivered within 3 days so that I could wear it to a funeral. I checked the tracking on day 4 when it never arrived and saw they made a shipping label and didn't deliver it to the shipper. I called Macy's with time still to have it expedited, and instead, they put it on a UPS ground truck across the country. When I saw that, I called back and all they could do was refund the extra charge for quick shipping since it never happened. Still haven't received the dress and the funeral is over.
