Impossible to walk in

I ordered the both black and sand dune. They looked like great, staple heels to have in my closet at a great price. Shoes fit my feet nicely but the minute I came to take a step, the shoes did not bend and my feet peeled out of them. I tried bending/folding the shoe but to no avail. I tried walking in them again but impossible. Sadly had to return both.
