Horrible Service

Macys never notified me that my item was NOT available! When U called it took 45mins to find out they were canceling my order. Now it's been returned and no notification either. Why is Macy's so horrible lately?!

Unhappy customer.

I did not receive the order, not deliverable. I did not receive an email regarding item. I had to inquire before our item was not available. It was for my nieces 7th birthday.
