Original dead on arrival

So far, now that they have been replaced, These are great. They sound great, they have tile built in. A tip, dont disable the touch controls until you pair them in the tile app. You cannot pair them with the touch controls off.

2nd pair

Rated a4 only because I've no reason comparison. These are great sounding and functional. It's my 2nd pair because the left ear bud stopped working on the 1st pair after 2 years... and also because I really like these buds.

they won't hold a charge! they blink blue and then turn off.... only one connects but will not charge! I've taken both out and left them out to die then tried to charge again, but no luck!

No good

I bought this Less than a month, the second day. The right ear buds I couldn’t hear anything, my phone say it’s connected and I have two of the same showing up on my Bluetooth. I tried every troubleshooting process I bought this because I had the 1 generation one for 6 years with no issues This new one just looks and feels cheap

Wheelchair User

These earbuds are the only ones that won't get in my way AND fall out when doing daily activities. i.e. getting dressed, transferring, stretching. The battery life is crazy and the ANC is out of this world. The wireless charging is a great feature because my dexterity sucks. All I have to do to charge it is place it on my charging pad. Two thumbs-up J-Lab.
