Big Boys Sizing Incorrect

I finally received boots for my 10yo son- they’re really cute so the anticipation was killing me. When I opened the box last night I was extremely disappointed! These boots will not even fit my 2yo, who is in a toddler 6. Unfortunately they’re getting returned and I have to start my search over again… I really had my heart set on this style. I never return, so I hope that goes smoothly. Again Macy’s, very disappointed on the incorrect sizing label. I cannot say anything about the quality of the product.
