Frustrated

Ridiculous mistake you made. Only one side of boots was delivered to me after waiting for one full week delivery since my purchase. Very frustrated.

True to size. Sharp looking

Great quality and much sharper in person than the photos. They absolutely fit true to size if you know your correct size. My man loves these. I got him the brown. Love love love them!

Great boot

I bought two pairs for two of my sons who are ten years apart in age. I purchased at sale price (Macy's has the best sales) they both really like them and the boots are solid, good quality.

Not as nice as they look on line.

This shoe reminds me of a social dating app pic. It is way less impressive in person. The leather looks and feels very inexpensive and they did not look like the quality I have come to expect from J&M over the years. I tried them on but was ready to send them back just on the first impression and the fit and feel, while not bad, were not enough to change my mind. They were returned.
