Some issues
I’ve had this section for several years. It is comfortable but the top cushions sag really quickly and it’s hard to get them back to normal. The color is also more beige than gray so you cannot use any gray pillows or rugs with it. Overall I would have given it 3-3.5 stars. My many star deduction is due to Macy’s service. I paid for the “Do Not Worry” program to service the couch if there were any issues. I tried calling several times to get a service done but no one would answer. I gave up and decided to call to get a refund (which they promise to do after it expires and you didn’t use it) but I cannot get a hold of anyone. It’s been a long process of calling different numbers, being sent to different departments and then when I get to the “right” department NO ONE answers. The online chat was not helpful and there is not an email address to contact. This is ridiculous and ruined my whole experience with Macy’s.
Durable and Comfortable!
We’ve had this couch for 6 years and it’s held up exceedingly well! It has just the right amount of firmness to help the cushions to retain their shape over time, but still soft enough to be comfortable. We had a little bit of sagging on the tops of the back pillows due to our cat trying to sleep up there, but they bounced back after we discouraged him from doing that. I highly recommend this couch!

Love this couch.
Exceeded my expectations. The color is gorgeous, the fabric soft, & it's firm but not uncomfortable. The price was super reasonable. It was delivered professionally & was a snap to attach the legs. I never leave reviews so that says a lot in itself. Also; kitkat approved!
Proposition 65 warning Label!
I bought the ottoman and like the quality, color and style. However, this product has the 65 Warning Label which is not listed on the product description listed on website. It was never disclosed! Had I known this before, I would skipped and never bought this piece. I specifically avoid products with such warnings labels because it’s possible harm to health. Too bad because it’s beautiful but must return!
Good sleeping
My son has this couch already. I slept on it twice. Not on the edge to sleep. I needed new couch, so I got the same one; same color.

This couch is so comfy and perfect height and length for a middle sized living room. They’re stylish and good for kids and pets.

My first introduction to this beautiful couch was at my friend's apartment. I was staying the night and slept on it: it's the perfect size for two people to stretch completely out. The deep blue color is beautiful, and I love the look of the wood legs. I've had my couch for 5 years and have suggested it to many friends. My parents are in the market for a couch, and they specifically asked where I got mine. At this time, I am in a happy and healthy marriage, but if a divorce does happen, I'm keeping the couch!
Great Sofa. Very comfortable
We got a loveseat. The delivery was great and on time. The couch itself is very comfortable. Instantly puts you to sleep. Very good for rest and recovery. Medium firm cushions and wide enough to seat 3 adults.
