no refund received

I ordered 2 different sizes of shoes. One I kept thought they were not too comfortable. I liked them so I kept them. Another pair of shoes I sent back. Never got money back despite emailing them several times and calling directly to macys customer service. I received several emails saying that my refund on the way but none received.

Comfortable and cute, but broke immediately

Super comfortable, but a strap broke within an hour of wearing them. I bought them months ago for a wedding I was going to be in, so I couldn’t return them. I was able to safety pin them in order to walk down the aisle.
