Too wide

I thought the shoes were very cute but it turned out that this is another brand I can’t wear. It runs way too wide in the heel.

That black suede bootie is beautiful. I have big feet,(11W)& Always get compliments on this shoe!! I wish I'd gotten the camel color, now they're out! The only thing after a while the straps kinda unfold? But that's a problem that can be fixed. Shoe repairman, here I come!!
