Do not order from this company

I would have given zero stars if possible. Macy’s should remove this seller from its platform. I ordered July 17, 2025 and never received the item. I called and emailed JOYMOVE multiple times and did not receive an answer. I tried canceling the order with Macy’s customer service, but was told it could not be done. I called the shipping company who claimed the product was in their warehouse and would be shipped within three days. I checked the account, and it said it was delivered on July, 18th (a day after I ordered) Never received. I finally disputed the charge, and received a refund. Again, Macy’s should not allow JOYMOVE to sell on their site.

Other occasion to buy:I received the wrong order 2 paddles instead of 4. I have called as a Macys Platinum member for many years and first call was sending gift card ! And I asked for replacement, after seeing gift card refund. Next call said would fix ,3rd call hung up on
