Didn't work for me

Unfortunately I had to rate this mascara a one ⭐️. The formula dries very fast; it smudges horribly; and I didn't see any volume or length unless I created the dreaded spider legs. I would not recommend this mascara (but I still love Julep products...just not this one)

Julep is a great brand. However, not sure if item is dried out or simply doesn't work.
