Bottles ARE NOT DISHWASHER SAFE

First time in the dishwasher, on the top rack, completely warped and shrunk. No replacement bottles to be found. Couldn't even use this blender once. Absolutely brutal product. Avoid, avoid avoid

Stopped working

After 2 weeks it stopped working. The plastic piece that turns the blade on the base wore down and isn't making contact with the blade lid anymore. Very disappointed

Not dishwasher safe

Love the blender. Works great. However out the bottle in the dishwasher and it melted. So now only have one bottle. Cannot find a replacement.

Melted with first use, TERRIBLE customer service

The base of this item melted the first time we used it. I contacted Macy's since it was purchased through them and since the item has a warranty, I have to go through the company. The company's warranty states that the customer has to pay all shipping fees, even though it was faulty. I've wasted my time with multiple emails and now my money and see no fix for this any time soon. I will NOT be giving this company my business ever again!! Terrible customer service and faulty item with first use!
