Disappointing

no receipt upon arrival, tip broke off of plastic container soon after arrival, second cup leaked shortly after that, terrible and disappointing

NOT MACYS FAULT

This blender is beautiful but it does not work! We have tried to get in touch with the company that manufactures this blender and we keep getting sent to voicemail. I will file a complaint with the bank. I bought this at full price (no sale or discount) and haven't been able to use it. We tried plugging it into every outlet we have at home to no avail. Please don't buy this blender. We only bought it for the color and we regret it.
