Colors and Textured Different from Picture

Just opened package earlier this evening. The rug is more of a flesh color; not the rich looking color pictured that I expected. The actual color of one of the designs is green, I expected and desired green with a hint of blue to match the feel and decor of the room. Not the same quality fo the wool Karastan that I've owned for sevaral years. It looks cheap.
