What material is a soft cotton and is cool to wear in the summer. The only problem is after washing several times, the colors have faded.

Great dress, excellent price

Dress is comfortable, fits true to size (PM for 5' 130-pound frame), also fits 36G chest well, which is challenging to find clothing for a comfort fit. Can be dressed up or down.
