Not Received Yet

I placed the order on 10/28 and I haven’t received the order yet! The tracking says label was created on 10/30. I read other reviews of people that haven’t received their order yet. I decided to call customer service and they told me the same thing, and to call after 11/21 to get another update or a refund if I haven’t received it by then. Today is 11/09!, but the weird thing is that today I got an email from Macys asking me to share what I think of the handbag, and thanks to that, I ended up digging into it! It seems like such a nice bag and I just can’t believe it is getting the bad reviews due to the shipping! I guess I will have to wait.

Haven’t received it yet!

We purchased it on Oct 28th, and it says the label was created on the 30th. And the tracking number says UPS is still waiting to receive the package. I got an email right bow from Macys asking to review the bag and what we think about it. This is the first time that a package takes forever to be shipped. My mom was waiting for it to take it on a trip, she will be using. I am familiar with the brand so I know it should be beautiful, I just want to know where my mom’s bad is at?

Delivery is terrible

Have no idea how to review it because the delivery is late for 2 weeks already. Same thing happened before with different karl lagerfeld bag

order lost

I placed this order on October 22 for my birthday. Every day I call and the representatives tell me something different every day. Now I have to wait 5 days plus I asked to cancel the order and I can't do it either. Macy's is a very irresponsible store.
