Web ID: 23350594Very Disappointed at packaging
This Karl Lagerfeld dress looks like it is great quality and well made. However, I am shocked that it came in a plain plastic bag and the dress is all wrinkled rolled up in ball. For such an expensive dress, I would have expected Macys to send this dress out in a better packaging. The way the package arrived, it totally diminished the Karl Lagerfeld brand. The dress is so wrinkled that I would not have paid the high price to buy from Macys!

Damaged Dress (Twice)
I bought this dress, loved it, took it home and upon ironing it realized the central buttonhole (at the waist) was ripped out. So I ordered another one, and upon opening it, discovered that it too was ripped out at the buttonhole at the waist. This dress is so charming that I repaired the buttonhole (not an easy task) and kept it.
Good fabric and flattering cut

Karl Lagerfeld Paris themed cute dress.
I loved this dress so much. The Macys store did not have my size. The associate ordered it for me. I received it in 3 days! The print on the dress is classic retro 50's. Well made with nice details, The bad news. I had to return the dress, It was too short waisted on me. I loved the dress and was going to keep it anyway, but it was too uncomfortable on me. The dress runs a bit small. I usually wear a 6 or 8. I ordered a size 10 but the top of the dress was snug. I highly recommend the dress if you are a bit smaller in the bust area.
A gorgeous Parisian dress.
I am 5'2'' have shrunk a bit over the years and wear a size 4. It make me feel so feminine and lovely
A dress for all occasions
I was very pleased with the dress. However, a little surprised that there was no lining in the skirt
Damaged Twice
I bought this lovely cotton dress at my local Macy’s, brought it home and discovered that the central buttonhole (at the waist) was ripped apart. I found it online and reordered it but, upon receipt, I realized the second dress was damaged in the same place as the first! What’s going on here, Macy’s? Is one overweight customer going from store to store bursting your garments? Or is there a flaw in the manufacturing that makes this stress point fail every time? Long story short, I returned one of the damaged dresses and repaired the other (not a task for a novice seamstress; I had to zigzag the buttonhole and sew bar tacks at the top and bottom where the thread was broken). Because it is a charming dress and worth salvaging. So check the bottom hole before you purchase it!
