very nice quality dress

I ordered this casual summer dress in XS. It’s very well made and the fabric and print are very nice. I’m barely 5’4” and the length was at my knee cap which was great. I’m 33 1/2” chest and the top had plenty of room but fit okay. Unfortunately it was way too big in the waist and butt but I’m 98 lbs with no rear so this guidance for women in the same boat. Overall I’d say it ran large for an XS.
