JOINING WRONG DRESS CLUB, ALSO!

I love shopping at Macy’s, not to mention the added pleasure of online shopping, but it’s hard to believe after looking over the previous reviews, that none of them received the dress that they wanted. I, too, have received the WRONG DRESS, but am returning and reordering, and keeping my fingers crossed that, this time that I receive the RIGHT DRESS.

Wrong dress

I’m not sure why there seems to be an issue pulling this dress. I received the wrong dress and it was a Christmas gift. I now have to wait until after Christmas to try to go to a location to exchange. Ordering online is suppose to help with simplifying the shopping process. This has only made it more troublesome.

wrong dress

Just like other reviewers, I was sent the wrong dress. I bought the matching blazer as well. Took them both back. I’m not sure what’s going on with Macys, but this is annoying!

They sent me the wrong dress too

Love this collection of Kasper dresses and have them in multiple colors. I know they will fit, wear well and can be washed in the machine. But, they sent me the wrong dress too. Just like the other reviewers. I chatted with customer service, spent 30+ minutes, and they resolved nothing. Problem is I also bought the matching blazer and while the colors may be close, the dress they sent is a faux suede type material and very different from the stretch crepe of this collection. So, ordered the blazer in the faux suede too so I will have at least one matching set for the event. But, very frustrated with their customer service. No resolution offered. And, looks like they will not send me the correct dress.

it a very stylish and professional looking dress that everyone will be envious of

i have not yet received the dress but I have received the jacket and it is lovely . I'm looking forward to the matching dress to be the same . I wasn't initially concerned about the velvet material but it is quite different; which I like and it is professional enough to wear to work
