QUALITY ASSURANCE TEAM NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!

I ordered this dress online.... When I got it I realized...It was a return item... This dress was filthy. Someone had bought it worn it and turned it back to the store and I can't believe a Macy employee gave someone a refund for it. Very soiled under the arms and snagged on the front...Should have been thrown in the trash!!!!!!! HOW DARE YOU ALL RESELL AN ITEM LIKE THIS!!! NEVER ORDERING FOR MACYS ONLINE AGAIN!!!!!!

Wrong thing delivered!

I received a large Kasper black pants. Not the dress I ordered specifically for a thanksgiving service. I needed it for February 2nd. Very disappointed.
