Could be more user friendly.

Smaller than I thought. Also, the two shoulder straps are attached to the handbag not with hardware but actually sewn to the bag so when you go to open the bag the straps are actually stuck in position and interfere with access to get things out of your purse. They should be attached to a circle connector or a swivel connector so that they move out of your way.
