DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM

Order this case for my iPhone XS and they sent an XR. Called customer service and they issued another case to be sent via 2 day shipping . After 4 days I get the 2nd case and it is the same thing XR. Went to my local Macy’s with now 2 cases and they started investigating UPC numbers and web id numbers to come to the conclusion that all the XR cases are labeled XS. If you look online there is no XR case only XS. Poor customer service . Will be very hesitant to order any cases again online . Best Part is I asked to speak to someone in distribution to tell them what was happening and have somebody invistagate is there is any xs phones and they transferred me to UPS . Sorry customer service at it’s greatest . This is not a UPS problem it is a Macy’s problem. ;(
