teapot broken

received the teapot and used less than 6 times and went to use it today and the mechanism for the whistling broke and fell off. Is it possible to return and get another one? No longer have the packaging it came in when delivered. please advise

cute, but it’s rusting inside..

Super cute tea kettle, I love the vintage look and colors. At first I thought it was perfect. Then I noticed that after about a week, it starts rusting in an area of the spout. I’m assuming the paint didn’t get applied everywhere and that’s how it’s rusting. Even if I empty it and wipe it out after each use, if there is any lick of moisture, it rusts. It’s definitely a pain having to always check and wipe it out. I received it as a wedding gift from my registry, and it’s past the return/exchange date, but I’m going to contact Macys to see if I can swap it out. It shouldn’t rust like that and reading the other reviews, it doesn’t seem like other people are having this problem. Maybe I just got a defective one. Would’ve given it 5 starts if not for the rusting.
