Worth the Wait

I love my new sofa! It's beautiful and appears to be very well made. It is quite firm, but I'd prefer that to sinking into it - and hopefully it will hold its shape for a long time. We waited 2 long months for this sofa and it was worth it. Keep in mind that the sofa is LONG - the first attempt at delivery was a huge fail because it wouldn't fit in the elevator. Our delivery team was super lazy and didn't even want to try the stairs. So back to Macy's our beautiful sofa went. We complained to the sales staff and they set up another delivery with a different team. A Christmas Miracle! It fit up the stairs perfectly!

Horrible customer service

We’ve had our new couch for 54 days. We love the couch. It’s the perfect size and very comfortable. I had used water and a microfiber cloth to clean up a little spot.. everything looked great as it was drying. The next day these huge water marks showed up. Ugh. My new couch is ruined. It looks horrible. I called customer service to inquire about getting a new cushion cover. They said there was absolutely nothing they can do. They won’t even let me purchase a new cover. We were planning on ordering some more from this collection to complete our living room but probably not now.

trouble cleaning

Stylish couch, nice color (peacock), but have had a lot of difficulty spot cleaning even using all the advice below (code W, foam cleaners only).

Beautiful pop of color

This is the most beautiful turquoise colored couch. It is sturdy and made with a durable thick fabric. Also my fur babies love it!

Nice sofa.

I like the chase feature. You can also switch the sides you want. The material is quality made, and the color looks great in a well lit room.
