beautiful but don’t stay clasped

My daughter got these for Christmas and she has worn them 3 times. Shes lost them several times due to them coming undone and falling off. Now, one is lost and we cannot find it so she no longer has earrings and we’re not even a week into her having them. Huge disappointment.
