Poor quality and not durable

I purchased this sofa brand new 6 months ago and the cushions are already permanently sagging. I’ve been the only one sitting on it and I’m a small person, 110 lbs., which speaks to the poor quality of this product. At this point I can only imagine how this sofa would hold up after a year. Another review mentioned the cushions are totally flat and I believe it. I contacted Macy’s to see if they could help and Macy’s sent someone over to inspect, only for me to wait 2 mos. for them to say nothing was broken. It’s not about any part breaking, it was about replacing a potential defective part. Clearly this is just a shoddy product. Avoid at all costs.

Comfy

I just had my kettner chair delivered and it’s beautiful. It’s comfy and a quality piece of furniture. Chair is big enough to throw knees over side and back against arm which is cushioned to read, watch tv etc. I chose the charcoal color. It’s not too dark but a pleasing dark gray. The texture to the leather grain is a good look. Hope it wears well as it is a more expensive item. I got it 33% off so I couldn’t be happier with the deal

Comfortable but poor craftsmanship

I bought 2 of these chairs for my great room. The delivery experience was wonderful however one of the chairs was poorly manufactured. A replacement was brought the next week with the same issue. Another replacement was brought two weeks later (I asked that they inspect it before delivering) and the third attempt had poor stitching and was not acceptable. Fourth delivery attempt will be this week--I have my fingers crossed. I have included pictures of the good arm and the bad arm of two different chairs.

Poorly constructed

Cushions flat after 8 months. Flat down to frame. Unable to comfortably sit on sofa. Cushions clear under filled or filled with substandard material. This was seating we did not use daily

Legs not available

Waited 3 weeks for couch and rest of couch is missing. Now costumer service scheduled an “inspection” to come a week after delivery to check what they can do about the missing legs. A month later a I still don’t have the missing legs.
