WORST COMPANY EVER

Worst company ever. Worst products ever. Don’t waste your money. They won’t let you return it without a million excuses. Haven’t had one “smart” coffee pot actually work.

Makes good coffee when the software works.

Already running into a lot of errors with this machine. It seems like they rushed it out before getting the software right. I am frequently told to add water when the carafe is already full, or told that the brewer won't start until the frother is done when the frother isn't even being used.
