Absolute Disgrace

I am absolutely frustrated and furious. This child’s desk looked adorable. I could not wait to receive it. I opened the box, carefully arranged the pieces according to the provided numbers and began to put the pieces together. The first few were fine. I got to the part where the shelves for storage were to be assembled and everything went wrong from there. None of the pieces fit together. They were all off by 1/4 inch to almost 1/2 inch. The screws shattered the wood and pieces cracked and disintegrated. The plastic shelving that was supposed to act as draw bottoms were so long that they bowed when placed into the appropriate slots. I am returning this product immediately. I have learned my lesson. I would not recommend this product, no matter how sweet it looks.
