I love this product and have used it for years, but it seems they've discontinued the 16oz size. This is a dealbreaker for me. The small bottle is too small, and the large bottle is WAY to large for a single person. I'm going to switch to a body wash from a different company, this is so frustrating

Regret purchasing as large of a bottle that I did. All the marketing verbiage doesn’t seem to hold as the quality and experience using this product is less than what I had expected. Other KIEHL’S products feel like they justify their premium price, this item does not.

Product destroyed during transition due to poor packaging. Kiehl’s refuses to address.

I purposefully purchased this size bottle because of the pump. However, the pump was broken upon receipt. I emailed Kiehl’s and after no response for two weeks, I called Kiehl’s and was told I will receive a replacement. Still no replacement!

Superb product but AWFUL shipping. Took weeks to arrive when we have a store locally.

Macys has a terrible job at packing. Whenever I order products from Macys like Kiehls and other products, they always come damaged and leaking from shipping. Wish they sell Keihls in stores
